Dear Candidates, Most of the districts have announced interview dates at their respective district official websites. Interview of Meerut district has been conducted and rest of the districts started interview processes. Due to Republic Day celebration, all the districts had decided to initiate the process after 26th of January 2016. So, most of the districts are going to start interview process for Uttar Predesh Rajashav Lekhpal Examination 2015 from 27th January 2016. Rest of the districts will conduct interview process around these days and this process likely to be finished within the month of February. After that final result could be declared in the 3rd week of March month all selected candidates/ non selected candidates will be eligible to see their written examination marks as well as their interview marks. At the time of interview you must be nice looking. Wear formal cloths (Pant/ trousers, Shirt), you must wear neat and shoes, hairs should be trimmed properly. Overall you must me looking like a nice guy.
Don’t be so aggressive; never be in overconfidence as a lot of highly qualified candidates are in competition.
Be frank with the interviewer. Always try to speak the truth and give valid reason for applying this job.

About you academic qualification and native place.
Tell about your hobbies (Make sure that you should have full command on you hobbies because question could be arise related to your hobbies.)
Why this job? (Interviewer might ask that you are overqualified/ different educational background/ technical background then why this job?)
They might ask some questions related your specific qualification, so dear friends well prepare for that also. You must be prepared in your respective qualification.
Questions could be arise related to Central government/ State government and at district level. You should be well known the name of Head of Administration, Member of Parliament of respective district.
